If you're the Sales Associate we’re looking for…

You’ll be reliable, enthusiastic, and organised, and someone who thrives on structure but can adapt to a busy, changing day. You’ll love talking to people have experience and a love for sales and a genuine interest in building a career in real estate. You're outgoing, driven, and take pride in doing things well, from the first phone call to final settlement.

In your role, you’ll be multi-skilled and capable of juggling both sales support and executive-level admin tasks. You’ll work closely with a highly experienced agent in a fast-paced, client-first business focused on results and relationships.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

Making prospecting calls to generate listing and buyer opportunities

Door knocking and cold calling

Attending and assisting at open homes and inspections

Following up with buyers and maintaining the pipeline and CRM.

Coordinating calendars, appointments, and weekly task schedules

Providing admin support, including buyer feedback, vendor updates, and reports

Achieving KPI’s to ensure the success of the role and business

Liaising with clients, solicitors, trades, and services

You’ll need:

A proactive mindset and excellent communication skills

Demonstrable sales experience, ideally in Real Estate, but not essential

Highly driven to achieve targets and reap the rewards!

Good tech skills and the ability to learn new systems (CRM, emails and other admin tasks)

A valid driver’s license and your own car

The ability to take initiative and stay accountable

A passion for learning and a desire to grow into sales long-term

To be comfortable and enjoy talking with people and making phone calls
