About the role

As TSF Project Engineer at Victory Minerals Pty Ltd is based in Ballarat, Victoria, you will be contributing to the design, construction, and operation of the company's Tailings Storage Facility 4 (TSF4). This is a key position that will have a significant impact on the overall success and sustainability of the business.

What you'll be doing

Help to ensure that the design and construction of the TSF is delivered on budget and on time

Working closely with engineering and construction teams on site

Ensure the TSF is built in accordance with relevant legislation and compliance requirements

Liaise with regulatory authorities and other stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals and address any issues

Provide technical expertise and guidance to the broader TSF team

What we're looking for

Degree in civil/environmental engineering or a related technical discipline

Minimum 5 years' experience in a TSF management role, preferably in the mining industry

Strong technical knowledge of TSF design, construction, and operational requirements

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and risk management skills

Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities
