We have an opportunity for a full-time Junior Administration Assistant who is self-motivated, friendly and enthusiastic to work within a team environment. You must be willing to learn, trustworthy and have a positive work ethic.

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, organised, and motivated Junior Administration Assistant to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and wants to grow their career in administration. You will support various teams across the business with day-to-day tasks.

What your day to day will look like:

Assist different departments with administrative support as needed

Answer phone calls and emails, providing excellent customer service

Booking travel, including flights and accommodation

Liaise with Cleaning Contractor and maintain Consumables

Ordering uniforms and stationary

About you

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Basic knowledge of office software (Microsoft Office)

A positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Well presented, punctual and reliable

Drivers licence
