About the role
We’re seeking an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to join our dynamic project team at Brisbane Airport. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll ensure smooth site operations, keeping projects on track while maintaining a strong focus on safety and efficiency.
Oversee and coordinate site activities, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget
Monitor project performance and adjust plans as needed to maintain progress
Provide on-site reporting, tracking progress, and managing resources effectively
Lead by example in promoting a strong safety culture and adherence to WHS standards
Work closely with project managers, trades, and contractors to meet key milestones
Please note: This role includes some night shifts, so flexibility is required.
Skills & Experience
You'll need to bring a specific set of skills, experience and qualities to be successful in this role. Here's what we're looking for:
Electrical trade licence
Minimum of five years relevant experience working on-site in a project environment, ideally within construction
Prior experience with resource planning and scheduling
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Permanent work rights in Australia
