We’re partnering with a respected and well-established custom homebuilder known for delivering architecturally designed homes and quality renovations across New South Wales. With a legacy built on craftsmanship, trust, and consistency, this builder is now looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor to join their growing team in the Newcastle & Central Coast areas.

This is not just another site supervisor role — it’s a rare opportunity to play a critical role in both construction and estimating, with a clear pathway to potential partnership within 12 to 18 months for the right person.

Role OverviewTitle: Construction Supervisor
Location: Newcastle & Central Coast areas
Reporting to: Managing Director
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage several home and renovation projects
• Ensure timely, on-budget delivery with uncompromising attention to quality
• Drive performance and accountability across subcontractors and trades
• Maintain excellent communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams
• Ensure full compliance with all Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) requirements

PLUS:

Take an active role in estimating and quoting, including:

• Assisting with pricing for renovations and components of custom new builds
• Reviewing plans and project scopes to help prepare accurate cost estimates
• Working closely with the sales and design teams during the pre-construction phase
• Contributing ideas around cost-effective solutions and buildability

Required ExperienceEducation:

• Certificate IV in Building & Construction or equivalent trade/construction qualification (preferred)

Professional Experience:

• Proven experience managing residential projects simultaneously, ideally in the custom home and renovation sector
• Confident in reviewing and interpreting plans, specifications, and project documentation
• Solid and stable employment history in residential construction
• Familiarity with construction software and estimating tools is a plus
