The Role
As a Full Time Team Leader, you'll oversee the daily operations of our Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes, ensuring participants receive consistent, high-quality support aligned with their individual plans. You'll lead and mentor Key Workers and Support Workers, fostering a collaborative and positive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily operations and routines within SIL homes.

Ensure compliance with NDIS standards and participant support plans.

Monitor participant wellbeing and implement risk management strategies.

Act as the primary liaison between staff, participants, families, and external providers.

Maintain accurate documentation, including incident reports and goal tracking.
