The Opportunity
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Team Leader to join our team, someone who is passionate about empowering people with disabilities to achieve their hopes, dreams, and aspirations
About the role
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining client-directed plans, strategies, support documents, and routines. You will oversee compliance requirements and ensure that clients are empowered to maximise choice in all areas of life.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and supporting a vibrant team of support workers.
Providing training, coaching, and mentorship to your team.
Ensuring the delivery of high-quality support services to clients.
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet client needs and goals.
Overseeing all administrative and operational tasks related to client services.

About you
To be considered for this role, we are looking for someone who:
Has a strong passion for increasing the independence and community participation of people with disabilities.
Is willing to balance administrative duties with hands-on support work.
Demonstrates strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide, motivate, and inspire a team to support clients in engaging with community groups and activities.
Has a comprehensive understanding of the NDIS, with experience in using community-based supports and methods to achieve client goals.
Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and other stakeholders.
Is able to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Brings strong customer service experience and is able to handle complex situations with empathy and professionalism.
Is flexible with working hours and is prepared to adapt to the needs of clients and the team.
A current WA drivers license, a suitable car with Registration and Comprehensive Insurance;
Ability to obtain a NDIS Clearance
Ability to obtain a current National Police Clearance issued within the past 6 months;
Ability to obtain a current First Aid Certificate and CPR certificate;
Eligibility to work in Australia;
