Hemsworth Pools & Landscapes (HPL) is looking for a qualified, experienced, and motivated Landscape Tradesman to join our growing team. Based in the Sutherland Shire and servicing wider Sydney, we specialise in medium to large-scale landscaping and pool projects with a focus on quality, detail, and craftsmanship.

About the Role

We’re looking for someone with strong technical skills and a proactive approach who can take ownership on-site and work independently when required.

Pool builds and excavation (1.7–6 tonne machines)

Stonework, formwork, and concreting

Timber construction

Soil works, planting, and irrigation

Tiling, paving, and general landscaping

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Skills

Cert III (or higher) in Landscape Construction or related field

Proven experience in both hard and soft landscaping

Drivers license and own vehicle

MR truck licence (preferred)

Confident reading and interpreting site plans

Team management experience is a plus
