Job Description:

We seek an experienced and highly motivated Landscape Site Manager to join our team at a large commercial site at Macquarie, NSW. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of landscape maintenance and site activities within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out and supervise all on-site indoor and outdoor landscape activities.
- Coordinate with clients on regular basis.
- Oversee and manage all activities on site, contracted and ad-hoc.
- Develop and maintain contract schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to team members.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Extensive experience (5+ years) as a Horticulturalist within the industry.
- Strong understanding of Health and Safety compliance.
- Solid knowledge of industry approved practices, techniques and materials.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant qualifications in horticulture are required.
- Manual drivers licence / competence is preferred.
- Ability to use maintenance software with ease and basic Windows and iOS skills.
