About the Role

• Hydraulic system repairs – diagnosing oil leaks, replacing seals, hoses, and valves
• Maintenance of high-speed injection moulding machines
• Participating in the site’s preventative maintenance program (PMs)
• Collaborating with other trades and contractors as needed
• Supporting process improvement and innovation projects across the site

What You’ll Need

• Trade qualification as a Mechanical or Maintenance Fitter
• Strong hands-on experience with hydraulic repairs & fault finding
• Experience in injection moulding or similar high-speed manufacturing (preferred)
• Disconnect/reconnect licence (or willingness to obtain – employer funded)
• Proactive, practical and reliable – someone who enjoys fixing things properly
• Good communication and a team-focused attitude
