This is a Fixed Term Full Time appointment until 31/01/2026 with the possibility of extension(s).

Eligibility to Apply: This position is to be filled from within WA Health via secondment/ fixed term contract or temporary deployment (acting). Position Profile: Utilises a high level of professional skills and knowledge in partnership with individuals, families and communities to increase the client’s capacity to manage their own health care in a community health setting.

Is accountable for the quality of care given and provides leadership to optimise achievement of objectives of the Pilbara Population Health Unit in terms of client outcomes and community participation.
