Are you an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality care to paediatric patients? We invite you to be a pivotal part of our team at Albany Health Campus. You will be responsible for providing nursing leadership and management for our dedicated nursing staff and unregulated health care workers, ensuring the delivery of consumer-centred care within our 30-bedded Adult Medical and Children’s unit.

In this role, you will oversee the management of human and material resources while ensuring environmental safety, all in pursuit of our commitment to safe and cost-effective care. Collaborating with the Director of Nursing & Midwifery, you will monitor and develop improvement strategies, evaluate performance outcomes, and uphold National Standards and organisational policies.
