About the role:
We are seeking a HashiCorp Delivery Consultant with strong DevOps experience and hands-on expertise in cloud infrastructure and automation. The successful candidate will support the design and implementation of cloud governance, operational processes, and transformation roadmaps. This role requires a solid understanding of security, compliance, and shared services in both cloud and on-premise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply DevOps principles to automate infrastructure and application deployment.
• Manage cloud and on-premise infrastructure with a focus on security and compliance.
• Work with one or more tools in the HashiCorp product suite (e.g., Terraform, Vault, Consul, Nomad).
• Support cloud maturity assessments and capability development.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of cloud governance frameworks.
• Develop and maintain cloud transformation roadmaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively across technical and executive levels.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience designing and implementing technical systems and services.
• Proficiency in DevOps processes and automation.
• Technical expertise in infrastructure management and application deployment.
• Familiarity with security and compliance in shared service environments.
• Experience with cloud service providers and common technical platforms.

Preferred Skills:

• Passion for thought leadership in cloud operating models, SRE, or organisational transformation.
• Strong communication skills across technical and executive audiences.
• Proven ability to work independently and in collaborative team environments.
• Experience driving technical transformation initiatives.
• Ability to simplify and explain complex technical topics.
• Current Baseline or NV1 Security Clearance.
