About the Opportunity:
Be part of a major civil infrastructure project that will play a key role in shaping Western Australia’s growing transport network. This large scale road and bridge development offers long term security, consistent workflow, and the opportunity to contribute to a high profile project with community wide impact.

You will be working alongside a collaborative team where safety, quality, and teamwork come first. The scope includes bulk earthworks, drainage, road construction, structures, and service relocations, providing a chance to broaden your experience across multiple disciplines.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:

• Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering
• A minimum of 6 years experience delivering civil infrastructure projects, with a strong track record in managing complex site operations and technical delivery
• Demonstrated experience on Main Roads WA (MRWA) projects, with a sound understanding of specifications, standards, and stakeholder expectations
• Background in major transport and infrastructure projects, including roads, highways, bridges or similar large scale civil works
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, and budgets while maintaining quality and safety standards
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across engineering, construction, and client teams
• A commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and driving efficient project outcomes
