Service Program Manager – eCommerce Replatforming

Location: Melbourne (Hybrid)
Contract Type: Contract to Perm (Daily Rate: $1200–$1600)
Project: Multi-year, $50M+ ecommerce re-platforming

About the Role:
We’re seeking a seasoned Service Program Manager to lead delivery for one of the most significant ecommerce transformations in the Australian retail sector. You'll work at the intersection of business and technology, ensuring successful program orchestration across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end program ownership of ecommerce re-platforming (>$50M)
• Manage delivery across internal and vendor teams (onshore/offshore)
• Lead stakeholder engagement across business, digital, and technology units
• Own risk, schedule, and budget management for program scope
• Ensure smooth handover to operational teams and service continuity
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with Flipkart would be a major advantage with overseas experience welcome due to FCC limited roll-out domestically
• Proven success leading an ecommerce re-platforming program at an enterprise level
• Delivered ecommerce initiatives worth $10M+
• Experience working in complex enterprise environments with hybrid delivery teams
• Strong understanding of program governance, service design, and vendor management
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across business and technology stakeholders

• Initial contract role with the expectation to become permanent (option to remain on contract depending on preference)
• Eastern suburbs, close to the CBD
• Daily rate: $1,200~$1,600 depending on experience
