We're offering a fully remote role where you’ll have the freedom to work from home and live anywhere from the South Coast to the Hunter — as long as you’re available to meet clients in person 2–3 times per week and attend the office as required.

Whether you're based in Sydney, Newcastle, the South Coast, the Hunter, or somewhere in between — we’ll support you to deliver exceptional rehabilitation outcomes, without the daily grind of an office commute.

Your impact

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you'll support clients with physical or psychological injury or illness to recover and return to meaningful work and life. You’ll:

Deliver assessments: functional, workplace, ADL, ergonomic, psychosocial, vocational

Develop and manage tailored rehabilitation plans

Collaborate with employers, GPs, specialists, and insurers

Complete workplace visits and ergonomic reviews

Educate clients and employers on injury prevention and RTW planning

Maintain accurate case notes and outcome documentation

What we’re looking for

Allied Health qualification + full registration with:

AHPRA (OT, Physio, RN, Psychologist)

ESSA (AEPs only)

ASORC / RCAA (Rehabilitation Counsellors)

AASW or SPA

At least 2 year experience in clinical or rehabilitation settings

Strong assessment, case management, and interpersonal skills

A flexible, self-motivated mindset and tech-savvy approach

Valid NSW Driver’s License and current Police Check
