Astute Living Care is seeking to partner with an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant to play a pivotal leadership role in our growing allied health division. This is a remote contractor role, ideal for someone based in Western Australia, with a passion for excellence and a strong background in psychosocial or occupational rehabilitation.

About the Opportunity

We are currently in the process of applying to become an approved provider through WorkSafe WA, and we're looking for a seasoned professional to help us establish and lead our new rehabilitation services team.

As our Lead Consultant, you will:

Deliver high-quality rehabilitation services across a broad client base

Supervise and mentor junior consultants, fostering professional growth

Provide strategic input into program development and implementation

Support our leadership team in meeting compliance and quality standards

Role Details

Engagement: Contractor (ABN and professional indemnity/public liability insurance required)

Remuneration: $120 per hour (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Remote (WA-based preferred)

Hours: Flexible, project-based

What We're Looking For

We are looking to collaborate with a confident and qualified individual who:

Has a minimum of 5 years’ experience in occupational or psychosocial rehabilitation

Holds qualifications in Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or Psychology

Is eligible for or holds relevant professional registration (e.g., AHPRA or AASW)

Is experienced in working with WorkSafe and/or return-to-work frameworks

Has previous experience in supervising less experienced staff

Thrives working independently and proactively in a remote setting
