An exciting career opportunity is now available for a customer focussed and passionate Rooms Division Manager to lead our busy accommodation team at the Mantra Terraces Brisbane.

The hotel is a stylish and comfortable choice when choosing accommodation in Brisbane. Recently acquired by the Australian Rugby League Commission and franchised with Accor, this is a great opportunity for an up and coming hospitality professional to lead the team.

The successful candidate will be a dedicated, hard-working, and hands-on hospitality management professional with a passion for driving sales, developing teams, managing expenses and delivering exceptional guest experiences. The Rooms Division Manager role will be hands on and responsible for managing the day to day operations.

Previous hospitality management experience in a similar accommodation management role is advantageous and to be able to demonstrate:

• A focus and commitment to delivering high standards of service and product quality, to consistently exceed guest experience and expectations whilst ensuring best practices are achieved;
• A passion for tourism and hospitality and managing and developing people;
• Business expertise and proven ability to maximise profitability, through effective cost management and driving sales;
• Strong leadership skills, outstanding communication (verbal & written), and exceptional time management in a busy fast paced environment;
• Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of accommodation operations, with a strong and strategic financial acumen;
• Willingness to take a hands-on management approach to develop, motivate, and lead a professional and dynamic team;
• Flair, style, and immaculate presentation;
• Ability and confidence to innovate; and
• Previous working knowledge of various relevant hospitality systems. Previous experience working with Opera Cloud is advantageous.
