Your new role

Reporting to a respected Construction Manager, you will lead and manage large-scale HVAC construction projects valued at up to $20 million. You'll be responsible for ensuring project delivery meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
What you'll be doing

• Overseeing detailed project programming, progress tracking, and performance management
• Managing financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and contract variations
• Leading design management and risk mitigation strategies
• Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
• Coordinating subcontractors, trades, and site labour
• Managing defect rectification and WHS compliance
• Mentoring junior project managers and site teams

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 2 years of HVAC project management experience in Australia
• Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or a degree in Construction Management (or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of Australian HVAC standards
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• A proactive mindset with a commitment to delivering results
