The Opportunity

You’ll oversee multiple luxury residential sites across Sydney, working closely with designers, clients, and construction teams to ensure every project is delivered to the highest standard.

The Role

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Program and schedule works
• Procurement of materials and resources
• Coordinate diverse construction teams
• Oversee Forepersons
• Liaise with clients
• Report into a Construction Manager
• Budgeting and financial forecasting
• Recruiting staff for your team

The Requirements

• 2-3 years as a Project Manager
• Experience working for a landscape contractor
• Certificate III in Landscape Construction OR Horticulture (Required)
• Diploma of Project Management (Bonus)
• Drivers License
