What You’ll Be Doing

Managing a full portfolio of clients across industries, from SMEs to family groups, delivering end-to-end business services, tax, and strategic advice.

Preparing and reviewing financial statements, income tax returns, BAS/IAS, and reports for companies, trusts, partnerships, and SMSFs.

Leading complex advisory work including restructures, succession and estate planning, business performance, and growth strategy.

Acting as a key point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships and providing proactive, commercial guidance.

Mentoring and developing a team of accountants, managing workflow, technical reviews, and supporting their progression.

Collaborating with Directors and senior stakeholders on client outcomes, business development, and team capability.

Championing a culture of learning, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing across the team.

What We’re Looking For

CA or CPA qualified with at least 8 years’ public practice experience.

Strong track record in business services, compliance and advisory.

Comfortable managing client relationships and leading internal teams.

Proactive mindset with the ability to juggle priorities and drive outcomes.

Strong communication skills and technical capability across Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks or similar.
