About the Role
This permanent FP&A Manager role will sit within a high-performing finance team and take ownership of financial planning, analysis, and decision support across the business. Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you will lead a team of four analysts and oversee the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasting cycles, and long-range planning. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other functional leaders to deliver commercial insights that drive strategic performance and support executive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of four FP&A analysts
- Report to the Head of FP&A and play a key role in delivering the financial planning agenda
- Manage the annual budget, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial plans
- Prepare and present monthly performance reports with meaningful variance analysis and insights
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to provide commercial decision support
- Conduct scenario modelling, investment analysis, and profitability reviews
- Translate complex financial information into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement across FP&A processes, reporting, and planning systems
About You
- Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- CA or CPA qualified
- Background in a Big 4 or mid-tier accounting firm, with commercial experience in FMCG or a complex product-based business
- Proven experience in FP&A or commercial finance roles
- Strong financial modelling, analytical and storytelling skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities
- Proficient in Excel and experienced with ERP and planning systems (e.g. SAP, TM1, Anaplan)
- Self-motivated, organised and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
