About the role

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic IT Support Specialist to join our team at New Future IT. This full-time position is based in Adelaide and will involve providing specialised software support.

What you'll be doing

Providing technical support and troubleshooting for a range of specialised software applications used by our clients

Assisting clients with software configurations and upgrades

Documenting and resolving software-related issues in a timely and efficient manner

Collaborating with the development team to address complex software problems

Delivering training and guidance to clients on the effective use of software solutions

Maintaining detailed records and providing progress reports to management

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar IT support role, preferably within the software industry

Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve software-related issues

Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner

Familiarity with a range of software applications, including enterprise-level programs and cloud-based solutions

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team

Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
