In this role, you’ll be supervising a single, well organised development, no juggling multiple jobs or bouncing between sites. Even better, you’ll be supported by a Senior Site Manager with strong medium density experience who truly understands the pace and complexity of this work.

What You’ll Be Doing:

· Oversee daily site operations on a medium density residential project

· Coordinate trades, suppliers, and materials

· Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards

· Conduct site inspections, manage WHS compliance, and resolve on-site issues

· Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, and the Senior Site Manager

· Maintain clear documentation and reporting throughout the build

What We’re Looking For:

· Previous experience supervising medium density or residential construction projects

· Trade background (carpentry preferred) or Cert IV in Building & Construction

· Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

· Proven ability to manage timelines, subcontractors, and WHS on site

· Detail-oriented and driven to deliver high standards across the board

· Comfortable working independently while reporting into senior leadership
