We're now seeking a Service & Warranty Inspector to join our Construction and Customer Care team and take ownership of post-construction inspections across our NSW footprint.

About the Role:

Working closely with our construction team and trades, this role is ideal for someone who understands residential construction and takes pride in getting things resolved, fast and properly. You’ll manage the warranty and service process from end to end, ensuring our clients receive the high standard of finish and aftercare Bramwell is known for.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Carrying out on-site Service & Warranty inspections across New South Wales

Assessing reported items to determinations

Preparing clear and effective scopes of work

Coordinating trades and suppliers to complete works

Attending active jobs as required for QA checks

Maintaining accurate records and high client communication throughout the process

Promoting quality and compliance across every job

What You’ll Bring:

Trade qualification or Diploma in Building & Construction

Experience in residential construction – ideally in maintenance, or site supervision

Knowledge of National Construction Code, WHS, and QA standards

Strong communication and problem-solving skills – especially with clients and trades

Confident using digital tools, email, and defect management software

A driver’s licence
