We are currently looking for an experienced Property Manager to join Maher Real Estate on View Street in Bendigo.

Customer service is our core business and you'll be key to adding to our clients experience. We are looking for an individual with strong attention to detail and great time management skills.

Open-plan office with balcony overlooking Rosalind Park on View Street.

Monday - Friday : NO WEEKENDS

Time In Lieu for after hours/urgent repairs service

WHAT’S REQUIRED

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual. You will be required to have:

Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice, Police Check & right to work in Australia

Minimum 2 years of residential property management experience

Proficient in PropertyMe and Microsoft Office suite

Current Drivers License

A positive, proactive approach to work

Professional phone manner & written communication skills

Managing your residential portfolio with confidence and care

Strong working knowledge of Victorian Residential Tenancies Act and related property management legislation

Excellent time management skills
