As the first point of contact for our clients and partners, our receptionist plays a critical role in upholding that trust through professionalism, warmth, and reliable support.

We are now looking for a full-time Receptionist to be the face and voice of our business – a key role working closely with the entire team to ensure every visitor and caller experiences the Bramwell difference.

About the Opportunity
This is a busy and dynamic role suited to someone who enjoys multitasking, interacting with a wide variety of people, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Your responsibilities will include:

Opening and closing reception

Greeting visitors and clients professionally and warmly

Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate team

Coordinating meeting room bookings and assisting with boardroom setups

Organising couriers, taxi bookings, and facility-related requests

Providing hospitality for meetings and internal events

Keeping reception and shared areas clean, tidy, and presentable

Supporting various departments with admin tasks as needed

This is a permanent full-time role:
Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

What You’ll Need to Succeed
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring a positive, can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and a genuine drive to support the wider team and clients alike. You’ll be confident, composed, and take pride in how you represent the business.

Key skills and traits include:

At least 1 year of receptionist or customer service experience

Strong organisational and multitasking skills

Clear, professional verbal and written communication

High attention to detail and presentation

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

A proactive, team-first attitude and willingness to help
