About the Role:

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you’ll lead your team in providing high-quality care and education for children. You will:

Plan and deliver engaging, play-based programs that inspire learning and exploration.

Foster strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Observe, document, and celebrate children’s learning and developmental milestones.

Designing a welcoming, inclusive environment where every child feels safe, supported, and excited to learn.

Working closely with your team to ensure collaborative, reflective practices that support each other’s growth.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience leading a room and supporting a team in an ECEC setting.

A warm, positive, and enthusiastic approach to working with children and families.

Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and best practices in early childhood education.

A genuine passion for creating inclusive, nurturing spaces for children to grow and thrive.

Essential Requirements:

Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent).

Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

Excellent verbal and written English skills.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Passion for early childhood education and a genuine interest in children's well-being and development.

At St Anthony's Family Care Early Learning Centre, children benefit from a range of exciting programs and activities.

Our programs are planned by our experienced and qualified early childhood educators and are developed around an emergent and play based curriculum which is derived from the Early Years Learning Framework.
