About the role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our vibrant and nurturing team at the Bankstown early learning centre. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality educational programs that support the cognitive, social, emotional and physical development of children aged 0-5 years. You will work closely with our dedicated team to create a safe, engaging and stimulating learning environment.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field

Current registration as an Early Childhood Teacher in NSW

Minimum 2 years' experience working in an early childhood setting

Strong understanding of child development and the ability to design engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues

Demonstrated commitment to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children

Flexibility and adaptability to respond to the diverse needs of children and families
