• Understanding with emerging technologies such as AI/ML, predictive analytics, NoSQL, and data visualisation tools
• Extensive experience in database and data architecture across modern and legacy systems
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong track record in designing and delivering complex, integrated data solutions
• Deep understanding of data modelling, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Knowledge of frameworks like SAFe and/or TOGAF (v8 or future)
