We are seeking a versatile OT Business Analyst or Systems Engineer to support the functional design phase of a major technology initiative. This role spans business analysis, systems engineering, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, system integration, testing, change management, and project support.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage business and technical requirements
• Conduct process analysis and mapping
• Define infrastructure, cybersecurity, and performance needs
• Prepare and maintain requirements documentation and traceability
• Review designs and support architectural decisions
• Assist with change impact assessments and training content
• Develop and support UAT and integration testing
• Collaborate with project management on scope, benefits, and tracking

Ideal Candidate

• Skills and experience in Control and Automation (SCADA/DCS and PLC) including IT/OT networking preferably in utilities sector (water/waste water highly desirable)
• Experience in business analysis or systems engineering
• Strong understanding of IT systems, cybersecurity, and integration
• Skilled in documentation, stakeholder engagement, and testing support
