🔍 About the Role

As a key member reporting to our Support Coordinator, you’ll:

Manage and resolve support tickets for Intov8’s software

Deliver high-quality day‑to‑day customer service

Learn our products via hands-on training

Build strong client relationships rooted in trust and ownership

You’ll start in support and be guided toward new responsibilities as your skills and confidence grow.

Strong customer‑service background (e.g. help desk, retail, hospitality, aged care, insurance)

Sharp problem-solving skills and the ability to investigate issues
