There’s genuine flexibility here, choose your own hours, school-friendly days, and some hybrid working. We are looking for 25-30 hours a week

The Team
Finance is run fully in-house by a lean, capable team who genuinely enjoy working together. You’ll be supported but never micromanaged.

The Head of Finance leads with integrity and calm. There’s real trust, clear expectations, and a steady pace. This is a team that communicates clearly, works hard, and takes pride in getting the detail right.

What You’ll Be Across
• Month-end, journals, GL and reconciliations
• Budgeting, forecasting, board and management reporting
• BAS, FBT, RCTIs, tax compliance
• Payroll oversight, cashflow, pricing
• Internal controls, process improvement, documentation
• Collaborating across functions to keep the engine room humming

You’ll be across the whole thing, not just a slice. That’s what makes this different.

This Is for You If:
You’re a qualified Accountant (CPA/CA) with a minimum 5 years in the seat. You’re across compliance, reporting, tax and systems and you know how to get things done without the drama.

You don’t need babysitting. You work well with others. You know how to communicate with clarity. You want work that matters and a rhythm that works for life.
