About us
Moreton ATSICHS operates a growing network of healthcare clinics for local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. Our model of care provides holistic health and wellbeing services to support our Community across their lifespan. We bring together primary care, allied health, dental, mental health and wellbeing, maternity and early childhood, disability services, specialist services, and aged care as one team focussed on clients’ individual needs and goals.
Family Wellbeing Services aims to strengthen community and to build the capacity of families to raise healthy children and support them to achieve their potential. The program attempts to address identified gaps in early intervention and prevention, care coordination and family development for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and their families. This early intervention strategy prevents families becoming vulnerable.
