We are now seeking a dynamic Schools Partnerships Coordinator to lead our engagement with schools and strengthen our impact across Victoria.

About the Role:

As the Schools Partnerships Coordinator, you’ll be the face of SSR for our school community. You’ll build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with school leaders and community stakeholders, ensuring our programs are tailored to their needs. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that blends customer service, community engagement, strategic thinking and operational delivery.

You will:

Be the primary contact for schools across Victoria.

Identify opportunities to grow our reach and support.

Advocate for school needs within SSR and contribute to service improvements.

Represent SSR at school events and education sector forums.

Collaborate across internal teams to ensure a seamless partner experience.

This is a full-time, permanent position based at our Dandenong warehouse, with regular travel to schools and SSR’s support office in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs.

What you will bring:

A passion for equity and inclusion in education.

Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting to varied audiences.

Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-first mindset.

Experience in a stakeholder-facing role – ideally in education, community services, or not-for-profit sectors.

Strong time management, digital literacy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

A valid driver’s licence and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
