This role offers a unique chance to be part of a growing company working with multiple brands and customers. You will support the team in multiple areas to ensure efficient and accurate processing of orders from the warehouse to customers. About the role:

• Support day-to-day warehouse operations, including planning, freight, and communication to the team and our customers
• Coordinate daily activities such as picking and packing outbound orders, receiving and storing goods and managing inventory levels.
• Identify/evaluate/resolve transactional & system issues
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety Policies/Human Resources Policies.
• Ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operation of the distribution centre, meeting business-critical KPIs.
• Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.

About you:

• Full Australian working rights essential
• Previous experience in apparel warehousing (highly desirable).
• Demonstrated sound computer skills & experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to quickly acquire knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to identify and communicate desired business initiatives.
