Maintain and enforce the allergen storage plan, ensuring allergenic ingredients are segregated and stored according to site food safety protocols.

Ensure pallet racking is damage-free and routinely report any damage to the maintenance team to ensure timely repairs and safe operation.

Report service and repair requirements for the forklift fleet to ensure vehicles remain in safe, compliant, and working condition.

Manage and oversee OH&S requirements and training for warehouse staff, ensuring full compliance with workplace safety standards and procedures.

Implement 5S principles across the warehouse to promote organisation, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.

Ensure smooth and consistent warehouse flow with consideration for future OOE (Overall Operational Efficiency) projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Identify and implement strategies to reduce reliance on external storage warehouses.

Manage other production sites to ensure that all incoming materials and packaging are received, checked, and logged accurately in line with company procedures.

Identify and implement efficiency improvements in warehouse layout, inventory handling, and material flow.

Oversee the cleanliness and hygiene of the warehouse in line with food safety standards.

Coordinate daily activities of forklift drivers, ensuring timely movement of goods and adherence to safety protocols.

Manage and support the transition to a new MRP system, including data migration, testing, and team training.

Liaise with production, quality, and procurement teams to ensure smooth material availability and accurate inventory records.

Ensure compliance with WHS, HACCP, allergen control, and internal operational policies.
