Our Clinic Director, a board-approved supervisor and 2024 finalist for Psychologist of the Year, brings national recognition and a deep commitment to clinical excellence and team development. You’ll also be supported by our Clinical Team Lead, who has extensive experience in child and adolescent mental health, along with a strong track record in mentoring early career clinicians.
Our Practice Manager is a key part of our comprehensive support system. With over a decade of experience in psychology private practice, she leads a dedicated admin team who expertly handle all billing, scheduling, and invoicing behind the scenes. This operational support means you won’t need to manage admin complexities, giving you space to focus on your clients.
You’ll also have access to regular clinical workshops, well-organised systems to streamline your documentation, and dedicated time each week for supervision and professional learning. Our team culture is warm, skilled, and committed to helping you build your career with confidence.
Your Role
Clinical Work:
Provide evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and families
Build expertise across a varied caseload: anxiety, ADHD, autism, emotion regulation, school refusal, and behaviour support
Engage in collaborative parent work and communication with schools and other professionals
Option to develop assessment skills (cognitive, ADHD, autism) with comprehensive support and training
Professional Development:
Participate in regular team-based supervision and clinical discussions
Attend regular professional development workshops
Contribute to a culture of shared learning and clinical excellence
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking an early career Clinical Psychologist or Clinical Psychology Registrar who is excited to build their expertise in a supportive, nationally-recognised practice.
Essential requirements:
Clinical Psychology endorsement or Clinical Psychology Registrar status
AHPRA registration and Medicare Provider Number eligibility
Current Working With Children Check and full Australian work rights
