You’ll provide psychological assessment and therapy to children and young people with developmental and mental health needs, including autism and associated diagnoses. You’ll also work collaboratively with families, carers and other professionals to ensure each young person receives the support they need to thrive.
You’ll join a tight-knit, multidisciplinary team who care deeply about their clients and each other. Supervision and peer support are embedded into the culture of the service, and there’s plenty of scope to contribute your ideas and shape service delivery.
What’s on offer:
- Flexible working options – minimum 3 days per week with flexibility around start/finish times
- Beautiful, purpose-built clinic space

- Join a highly supportive and collaborative team
- Opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of neurodivergent children and their families
- Salary packaging available to increase take-home pay
- Access to supervision and ongoing professional development
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual psychological therapy to children, adolescents and families using evidence-based approaches
- Conduct behavioural, psychometric and functional assessments
- Develop tailored treatment plans and Positive Behaviour Support Plans
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and support workers to embed strategies across environments
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and supervision
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with best practice
What you’ll need:
- Provisional or full registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA
- A genuine interest in working with neurodivergent children and adolescents
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to work both autonomously and within a team
- Understanding of various therapeutic modalities and ability to tailor approaches
- NSW Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening, and COVID-19 vaccination
- Driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
This is a great opportunity to join a small but impactful team, where your work is valued, your voice is heard, and your wellbeing matters.
