This is a clinic that really gets it! A supportive culture, a team of 15 Psychs (from Provisionals to 10+ years’ experience), and a larger family of 80 team members across their sites. Fabulous onsite facilities, think sensory rooms, basketball hoops, and team lunches. They’re all about the long game, looking for Psychologists ready to grow with them.

Your Duties will Include:

• Deliver high-quality psychological care to a diverse client base, including kids and NDIS participants
• Conduct assessments, therapy sessions, and reports, around 4 clients daily, no strict KPIs
• Collaborate with a supportive team while enjoying your own space and independence
• Work out of a vibrant Gregory Hills hub with easy access from Penrith, Blue Mountains and South Western Sydney

Requirements/ Skills:

• Experience in private practice
• Experience working with children is highly preferred
• AHPRA registration as a General or Provisional Psychologist
• Full Australian Work Rights
