About the Company:
Our client is a national organisation and they are experiencing massive growth due to delivering outstanding service to their clients.

We are now looking for both Provisional and Registered Psychologists to join their highly team! You will be joining a national team of over 200+ Psychologists, working under different service pathways, including the NDIS and the private sector. You will have the opportunity to develop, extend and deepen your clinical expertise in a friendly, well-supported team environment and in an organisation that values your growth, passion and skills.

The Position:

These newly created permanent positions have become available due to our National Client being awarded several new national contracts to deliver Mental Health Services to various new clients.

Our clients clinic's provide a range of psychological services including short term mental health interventions, such as Medicare individual therapy under the Better Access Scheme and Employee Assistance Program individual therapy.

They also provide assessment and diagnostic services, and psychological capacity building under the NDIS model. A full range of psychological assessments are offered at most clinics, including mental health, IQ, psychoeducational, school readiness, decision-making capacity, autism and ADHD assessments. There will be the opportunity to receive training to develop your skills in this area and administer such assessments to applicable clients where appropriate.

You will utilise a variety of evidence based brief intervention strategies and techniques from modalities such as CBT, ACT & DBT, underpinned by a 'person-centred' and 'trauma-informed' approach to psychological therapy.

What we're looking for:

• Provisional or Full Registration with AHPRA
• Tertiary qualification in Psychology
• A current valid driver's licence and your own vehicle
• Familiar using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including CBT, ACT & DBT or willing to learn
• A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willing to obtain these
