About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Entry-Level Technical Support Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start or build their career in technical support, coordination, and customer service within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

As a key part of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that support requests are handled efficiently, technicians are deployed in a timely manner, and customers receive updates and resolutions as requests progress.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a high standard of customer service via phone, email, and ticketing systems.

Coordinate the scheduling and dispatch of field technicians for onsite support activities.

Prioritise and manage incoming support requests based on urgency and impact.

Maintain accuracy and completeness of data within ticketing systems and related documentation.

Monitor the progress of open tickets and follow up to ensure timely resolution.

Collaborate closely with internal teams to support smooth service delivery.

Ensure processes and workflows are followed consistently to meet SLAs.

What We're Looking For

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

A customer-first mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Attention to detail and a methodical approach to logging and tracking data.

Proficiency in basic computer systems and an eagerness to learn new tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Previous experience in customer service or support coordination role (preferred but not essential).

Knowledge of AV and industrial IT hardware is also a bonus.

Work hours are weekdays but maybe roster with start time from 7:00am till 6:30pm

(8 hours per shift)
