As a Speech Pathologist at Talk Health Therapy, you'll enjoy more than just a role—you'll have space to breathe.
We recognise the unique pressures in the NDIS landscape, which is why we've capped KPIs at only 26 hours per week (travel included), allowing you to focus on what truly matters: delivering meaningful therapy and maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your clients will be within a 30-minute radius of your home, and you'll visit them in a company-provided vehicle - backed by a supportive, experienced multidisciplinary team.
Our small, privately owned business means no corporate burnout, no unrealistic quotas, and no disappearing into a vast hierarchy. Although our salary may be lower than that of large providers, we offer what they often cannot: genuine flexibility, mental clarity, and leadership that puts your wellbeing first. Because when our clinicians thrive, so do our clients - plain and simple.
