We’re supporting a national advice business as they continue evolving Wealth Central - their proprietary advice engagement platform. This is a key hire into a 4-person national team, with one consultant tester in each major state and a central Product Owner driving the roadmap.

You’ll be the go-to for UAT, working on testing and enhancements, but also involved in shaping new features, sharing client-centric insight, and supporting future platform innovation across Wrap, Super, and hybrid advice channels.

Why This Role Exists
The platform is maturing fast - and with a new investment cycle kicking off under new ownership, there's opportunity to help define what comes next. The role is 70% UAT & testing, and the remainder of the time you’ll play a key part in shaping new use cases and features.

You’ll work closely with the Product Owners and Tech Teams, contribute to strategic roadmap decisions, and partner with the training and change teams post-UAT to ensure new features land well across the adviser network.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own end-to-end UAT testing for Wealth Central releases (via Jira)
• Consult on feature design and product roadmap improvements
• Act as a voice of the client and advisor - shaping enhancements with frontline insight
• Collaborate across product, training, change, and advice teams nationally
• Work closely with the training team to ensure smooth adoption of changes
• Manage documentation and surface known issues, workarounds, and module gaps
• Help drive innovation across Wrap, Super, and hybrid channels as use cases evolve

About You

• 4+ years’ experience in financial advice, ideally as a paraplanner, adviser, or associate
• Strong understanding of the advice process and how tech enables it
• Experience with UAT or user testing – with Jira or similar
• Confident communicator - not afraid to push back and hold your own with strong personalities
• Strategic mindset – can assess changes and enhancements with a client-first lens
• Bonus: exposure to AI, modelling tools, or client simulation platforms
• Collaborative, curious, and comfortable working semi-autonomously across a remote team
