That said, every 7k straight swap sale can be upsold into a 20k plus concept solution sale, and once you get them there, this knocks any would be competitor out of the race.

Let me answer that for you - I know because I wanted this solution myself 2 years ago, and I could not find a company to provide this for me anywhere, and I’m in sales, hunting is what I do, I even made calls interstate, every call I made turned into a dead end, I was either barking up the wrong tree, or I was told by each company I contacted that they just wanted to do their own little part, no thinking, no service, no input, no suggestions, basically they told me in not so may words, they just want to get in, get paid, get out, then… tell me to get lost. That attitude did not fly with me.
This was my dilemma, I was unskilled in the space and I had to create my own design concept with no skills or experience in doing so, then I had to source a bunch of different companies to do their little bit and hopefully after it was all slapped together, it would all look fabulous. After thorough consideration, I came to the realization that I was potentially going to spend $100,000 dollars to produce just another version of awful, so In the end, I kept my original version of awful and saved a 100k. Note: 100k was just what I wanted to spend the result would have been the same if it were 20k, I still would not have gone ahead.
Level of difficulty in eliminating the competition by turning the client’s mindset from a simple 7k straight swap to a 20k plus concept producing value by the power of 5. Meaning - They spend 20k & receive 100k+ of value.
In this most humble Mans opinion, it’s a no brainer, but that's just what i think, why would you want to spend 7k to slap a shiny brand-new component on something old, damaged and outdated, that will make the rest of the picture stand out more and look even worse, and if it looks worse, the entire picture detracts in value, its far better to refreshen the entire picture and add 5 times the value and increase your status amongst your peers friends and family. You get the idea, there’s a high probability of showing every client the big picture especially when “she who must be obeyed” joins the decision-making process, once the clients are presented with option 1. Spend 7k on a straight swap that causes everything else around it to look worse or option 2. spend 20k and add 5 times the value and elevated status amongst your peers, friends and family., it’s a no brainier or at the very least hard to resist.
Choosing option 1 would be like buying just 1 shoe, or taking your mud covered 4-wheel drive to a hand car wash and demanding they just wash the bonnet, Or applying makeup to just the left side of your face, you just don’t do it. Or like…. Seriously, I could give examples like this all day, and I would too, because I’m just that sort of a guy, but I did promise that I would keep this advert short so i will stop now.
Salary Package - Base Salary$130,000+12%Super+$20,000Car allowance, plus add another 60k in commissions at OTE all from warm leads, existing clients, and warm referrals+1k monthly Bonuses for overachieving monthly targets. Commission is paid on every dollar of both new and old business
You most likely will not overachieve in the first six months until your pipeline kicks in but you earn commissions on every dollar sold and you are starting at $130,000 before you even wake up in the morning.
Targets are monthly and Commissions are paid from the very first dollar sold each month at the following percentages and don’t forget the deals are 20k plus and much of the time the client keeps increasing the size of the order(remember the superpower of she who must be obeyed.
$1.00 to $300,000 = .05% coms
$300,001 to $400,000 = 1% coms
$400,001 plus = 1.5% coms
