What You'll Be Doing

1. Continuously analyse sales data and stock levels, and study trade publications, supplier information, and broader market trends to stay informed of changing market conditions.

2. Identify and procure a diverse range of food products, including packaged goods, beverages, and specialty items, ensuring diversity and quality to meet our customers' expectations.

3. Manage inventory levels efficiently to ensure optimal stock turnover and minimize waste, especially for perishable items.

4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers

5. Engage in negotiations with suppliers to secure favourable purchase terms, promotional collaborations, and reliable supply arrangements, ensuring a competitive edge in product offerings and pricing.

6. Design and implement effective pricing, marketing, promotional, and display strategies that align with market demand and consumer trends, driving sales and enhancing customer experience.

7. Work closely with management and customer teams on long-term strategic planning and sales promotions, ensuring cohesive efforts towards the business’ goals.

8. Establish working plans based on seasonal changes and budgetary constraints, ensuring a well-balanced and timely product assortment that meets consumer needs.

9. Ensure all products meet safety standards and regulations, including food safety, labelling, and import compliance.
