The Position

The main duties and responsibilities of the Property Management Associate will include:

  • Support an experienced Senior Property Manager - learn from the best!
  • Conduct open homes and private inspections
  • Liaise with tenants and develop relationships
  • Conduct ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
  • Assist in processing rental applications
  • Upload and market properties online
  • Assist with maintenance and repairs requests
  • Ad hoc administrative support as required

The Person

The ideal candidate for the role of Property Management Assistant role will have:

  • Previous experience in Real Estate is preferred, but not essential - attitude and drive is more important!
  • Immaculate personal presentation
  • Exceptional people skills and a genuine drive to achieve results
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to cope with a heavy workload
  • First class written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable car
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
