We are seeking a casual Site Engineer to assist in ensuring on-site construction activities are carried out efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

You will gain valuable experience working on formwork, FRP, and civil projects across road, rail, and bridges, supporting senior engineers in project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in supervising and coordinating on-site construction activities.

Support compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulations.

Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

Conduct quality control checks and prepare reports

Help solve technical issues and provide support for on-site challenges.

Maintain accurate site records and documentation

Requirements:

Undergraduate or Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

No experience, however a can-do attitude is a must

Basic knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Proficiency in construction software and project management tools is a plus.

Willingness to learn and work under the guidance of senior engineers.

Expected hours: 20-40 per week

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Work Location: On site in person (various locations in Greater Sydney). Own transport preferable.
