About the role:

Start asap.

Permanent preferred or Part Time Position. ABN is also applicable.

Exposure to a range of Piling projects including Commercial, residential, mixed use and industrial developments.

Primarily work from office with occasional site visits.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Design and estimating of projects

Be able to link the commercial outcomes of a project with the engineering requirements to ensure our projects are both profitable and meet the required specifications.

Resolve technical issues efficiently.

Preparation of engineering calculations, assessments and reports, design documentation and technical specifications.

Monitor changes to the project scope and effectively measure, cost and negotiate any variations to contractual conditions.

Attend site inspections, project meetings and design reviews.

Conduct static load testing of piles onsite and prepare analysis report.

Contribute to business development efforts.

Actively prepare and contribute to technical resources.

Review and implement improvements to technical standards and procedures as required

Management of projects

About you:

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills,

Be able to assist in multiple roles as required in line with a small office environment.

Work autonomously be able to assist in multiple projects as required.

Be passionate about customer experience solutions whilst delivering timely quality design and documentation. To excel in this position, you will have some of the following:

Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.

Geotechnical experience is an advantage.

Preferred minimum of 3+ years post graduate local experience with an Australian consulting office.

High attention to detail

Knowledge of relevant Australian Standards and the National Construction Code.

Drivers Licence

White Card

Permanent Resident

This is a multi-skilled role which will be adapted to best fit the skill sets of the applicant.
