About the role

The Manager Projects & Planning is responsible for managing a team of Project and Senior Project Officers, the development and implementation of strategic projects, including business improvement, change management and business planning, for Court and Tribunal Services (CTS). The position is required to appropriately identify and assign projects to the team they manage, as well as develop plans, implement and manages both legislative and non-legislative projects, ensuring project outcomes are delivered in a timely and effective manner. The position will also be required to provide assistance to the Executive Manager, respond to urgent requests, undertake research and provide detailed analysis on legislative reform matters impacting CTS.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual, who can think criticially and manage multiple strategic projects and priorities. You will lead by example, build and maintain productive relationships with key, high-level stakeholders and proactively manage and develop a team of project officers.
